SHIPPING & RETURNS
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® and for purchases made in $USD. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.
ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH USPS.
All orders are shipped USPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery is only available if you live in the Galveston County Area.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once processed, you will receive your order within 2 weeks depending on the process. Mommy and i Boutique, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages . We are also happy to revise any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships.
Mommy & i Boutique, LLC is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your Mommy & i Boutique online purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund.
All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
FINAL SALE: Any merchandise discounted at 20% or higher is final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are noted on their product page.
Returns can be shipped using the prepaid shipping label or shipping method of your choice as long as a valid tracking number is provided. Lost returns without a valid tracking number will not be accepted.
Exchanges/Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
Merchandise cannot be held for exchange orders. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
In certain cases, store credit may be allowed for returns made past the two week window.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
NOTE: $10 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND FOR ALL RETURNS SENT USING PREPAID UPS SHIPPING LABEL. Return shipment duration is 1-5 business days depending on your domestic location.
If you elect to use your own shipping service, please save the tracking number until your refund is processed. In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate it and process the return.
Returns can take up to 14 days for our fulfillment center to receive and process.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and a credit to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are happy to make any necessary revisions or cancel an order for a full refund if necessary prior to shipment. Normal return policy applies for all Pre-orders.
